Let me first tell you the fact: this is my first purchase from FlowerAura!!! And to be very honest, I am more than impressed with the overall service experience on their behalf. ON a lazy sunday afternoon, we are looking for a option of Birthday Cake Home Delivery without much hope that same day delivery would be that realistic or not. Suddenly while exploring internet, I stumbled across their website. And first impression came from the website and its interactive nature. Without expecting much, I have placed the order. The next positive impression was due to the fact that I received an immediate phone call regarding the request I have raised immediately after placing the order regarding the correction of the text on the Card. And to my surprise the request was gladly accepted and the card was printed according to the updated message text!!! Really impressed. The delivery of the cake happened just on time as committed by them. Packaging and appearance was just more than perfect. And biggest surprise was related to the quality of the cake itself. It was yummylicious, too tasty and very fresh. It was real value for money. I cannot just resist myself for ordering once again from you. I would highly recommend others to go for FlowerAura at least once to experience the very high standard of service they have in offer for you!!!
