Floweraura is doing a great job at the turnaround time for delivering the order (my location - Gurgaon). The website is easy to navigate and I can choose products that I want to send conveniently. Most importantly, they are efficient at delivery: I hardly ever get a call to find address or otherwise, and the delivery person ensures their best that the delivery takes place. I am a loyal customer to the website. One place I would like to see improvement is if the website could ask for suitable time of delivery while placing the order, that would be great.
