It spoilt all the surprise by calling the receiver the previous day and confirming about the address.Secondly, the cake delivered although tasted okay but did not look like the one shown in the picture as Black Forest cake. Delivery timing should also be provided as an option because most people are working during the day and hence the time slot should have early morning delivery as well.
