Flower bouquet wasn't as shown
Eternity White Roses Bouquet
Flower bouquet wasn't as shown in picture. Blue ribbon was shown which was looking nice. However, when bouquet was sent it was tied in white ribbon. Also it wasn't wrapped in white net, but in cellophane.

Well, i had placed 2 orders

Well, i had placed 2 orders. For one the guys called me saying the location is outskirts of city and not city actually and will cost extra delivery charges. So i cancelled order. Second one was delivered as expected. The flowers looks good. However i have one suggestion. Printed messages are kind of boring. Why does one adds a personalised message with flowers in the first place? To give it a emotional touch! The computer printed note ruins the experience. See if you could have personalised messages written instead of printed.

I ordered at 8:30 pm in the evening and the order was delivered the same day at 11:30 pm. This was an anniversary cake so thanks to the customer service guys who adjusted the delivery date so that the cake and bouquet could be delivered same day. Really good experience, will definitely order again. Thanks
